Return & Exchanges

We offer the right to return 1 item per order within 7 days, given that you have all original packing and the goods have no sign of wear or use.

The return shipping costs need to be paid by the customer.

Please note that we don’t offer exchanges. However you can ask for a refund or your purchase and place another order for a new pair.

Refunds will be made to the account from which the original payment was made.

We process refunds within 48 hours, however please allow up to 5 working days for the amount to arrive on your account.

Please note that you will receive an email to notify that your refund has been processed.

Please return the goods with a tracking number. We will not be responsible for returned items that go missing during transport.

If your item has manufacturing defects or is faulty please email client.savanah@hotmail.com within 7 days of purchasing and we will try to resolve the situation for you.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Chinese Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

If we believe or suspect that products purchased by you have been purchased for any commercial purpose, including resale, for the purpose of market research, reproduction or use in marketing activities or otherwise for the benefit of any business or enterprise unrelated to us, that has not been authorised by us, we reserve the right not to accept the return of those products and/or offer a refund.

Our Return Policy aligns and does not affect your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Chinese Consumer Law.
